The Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training course provides students with an introduction to the Six Sigma methodology and its fundamental concepts. This course emphasizes on building a basic understanding of Six Sigma principles and techniques to contribute to process improvement projects within an organization. Students will learn the basic tools, methodologies and terminology associated with Six Sigma, enabling them to participate in process improvement initiatives and support the overall process development. Weekend classes with extensive practical case studies and Live interactive sessions of 10 hours approximately.
