The Yoga for Holistic Development course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of yoga practices to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This course covers various aspects of yoga, including asanas, pranayama and meditation. Students will learn how to develop a balanced and harmonious lifestyle. Students will experience the transformative power of yoga and its potential for holistic development. Weekend classes with extensive practical case studies and Live interactive sessions of 10 hours approximately.
