When we received an order to install new windows in this San Diego home, we immediately set to work preparing the project. It included more than 12 windows, as the owners were doing a complete renovation and decided to change the windows throughout the house at once. This was a fairly large order for us, and the windows took 24 days to be produced.

The family told us that they always dreamed of large windows to watch sunrises and sunsets and enjoy the daylight. Takin measurements, our experts suggested installing bay windows, as they are wide and let in a lot of light. It was also decided to choose oak as the material for the frame.

In some parts of the house, such as the bedroom, we have installed single casement windows for the convenience of the owners. Each window opens in three positions: horizontally, vertically, and for ventilation. We chose Solarban ® 70 as the glass material. It provides an anti-reflective coating, 80% UV absorption, and 25% more heat retention in the house than conventional triple-pane windows.

All windows were painted grey to suit the overall style of the house. The installation process took a bit less than 12 hours as we had to dismantle old windows and do the preparatory work first. The family loved the result! Do you?
